The quality management of ALS is based on the standard DIN EN ISO 9001:2008. In this system all documentations affecting quality were included. The standard operating procedures (SOP's) of our GMP documentation, for example, can be found in the form of work instructions in DIN EN ISO 9001:2008. Also, the management of hazardous goods in accordance with the requirements after ISO 12798 was integrated. The following quality and safety-relevant management systems are implemented at ALS:   - DIN EN ISO 9001:2008, - ISO 12798, - GMP.

Quality policy at ALS
ALS aims at making high-quality services available to its customers. In this context, the demands and expectations of the customers have to be met on schedule both in a technical and economic sense. Quality and quality-management are consequently essential components of the company policy. The management is challenged by promoting the consciousness for liability and quality of the employees, by principally regulating the responsibilities and procedures for all quality-affecting activities and factors, and by observing the effectiveness of quality assurance procedures within the scope of the quality management system. In addition, a quality management manual based on the standard DIN EN ISO 9001:2008 was developed. It is mandatory for all employees, who are asked to contribute constantly to the improvement of the quality management system. This is encouraged by continuous training and other suitable activities. ALS employs a particular representative for quality management. He has the duty and authorization to guarantee the application of all instructions determined in the quality management manual. He reports directly to the management - regularly and on special occasion - on their compliance and effectiveness. If preconcerted, ALS will disclose this quality management manual and additional supporting documentations to their customers, as far as no confidentiality areas are concerned. Moreover, ALS is willing to have tested the application of the quality management system.
